The outer appearances of the sheath platinum RTD are quite different according to their different use requirements. But their basic structures are approximately the same . It is usually composed of the main components such as sheath platinum RTD thermosensitive elements, mounted fixed devices, connection boxes and so on.
Working Principle:
Thermocouple is composed of temperature sensor and signal converter, signal converter is installed in the junction box of temperature sensor, temperature sensor produce resistance or potential effects made by the temperature affect, via transformation to create a differential voltage signal. The signal via the amplifier amplification, then through voltage and current transformation, output 4-20 mA current signal corresponding to the range.
